Midway Fitness Health Classes

We're happy to offer a variety of fitness classes throughout the week. Classes are free to our members - guests should read the rules and requirements of each class before attending. Reservations are suggested for our classes. At least three participants are required in order for a class to be held.

SPIN (Reservations recommended)

  • Monday & Wednesday at 9 a.m.
  • Tuesday at 6 p.m.
  • Thursday at 4 p.m. & 6 p.m.
  • Saturday at 9 a.m.

Group cycling class that gives you fun ways to get an awesome cardio workout with music that will make your legs pedal without any complicated moves. All fees must be paid in advance to reserve your space. Please arrive 10 minutes early for class.

Zumba

  • Monday at 6 p.m.
  • Saturday at 8 a.m.

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

Step / Abs

  • Wednesday at 6 p.m.

This step aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout can be self determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.

Rules & Fees

  • $10 reservation fee for non-members (non-refundable)
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up your bike.

Once the music begins the class has started and you cannot join the class. If you do not show and there is a waiting list, your bike will be used by someone else.
